Premium Cash-Back Special:
Save $200 a month for the first six months when you hire a Premium virtual assistant. For the first six months, pay only $699/month for a Premium Normal Hours virtual assistant or $799/month for a Premium Out-of-Hours virtual assistant. Limit of two per customer. The $200 discount is provided in the form of a refund against each of your first six monthly payments.
Normal Hours vs Out of Hours:
Out-of-Hours shifts are those that start or end between 10pm and 6am Pakistan time (GMT+5). All other shifts are Normal Hours shifts.
A setup fee of $199 applies for each virtual assistant hired.

For your peace of mind though, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee under which, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel within the first 14 days of the first month and we will refund the unused proportion of your fees in full.
Standard, Premium and Gold
Standard virtual assistants have good, fluent English and are a suitable choice when clear instructions can be provided about the tasks to be undertaken, and when the work does not require complex problem solving.
Premium virtual assistants have stronger all-round skills than standard-level staff so tend to require less guidance. They have strong English and sound problem solving skills, and tend to have had substantial customer service experience. They can be trained to handle more complex customer inquiries. They have strong transferable skills and are well suited to a wide range of requirements.
Gold virtual assistants may be the most suitable choice if you require your virtual assistant to work independently to solve challenging problems. Gold staff have excellent written and spoken English. They also have considerable experience so are well-placed to coordinate other staff and projects if required.

Our price includes a phone number in your preferred locality in any of the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and Hong Kong. If you are in a different country, please contact us to discuss options as a low-cost and convenient phone option can be provided for most countries. You and your customers can call the number we provide to contact your virtual assistant.
Choose your area code
You can choose the area code for your phone number – most area codes are available.
No equipment required
You do not need to purchase any telephone equipment and do not need to pay any telephone bills. Our price is all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges.
Unlimited outbound calls
Your virtual assistant can make calls to landlines in your preferred country at no extra charge (applies to USA, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore; special arrangements are required for Canada – please contact us for details). If you are based in the US, Singapore or Hong Kong then your virtual assistant can make calls to cell phones as well. We are not able to make unsolicited calls to residences due to legal restrictions on telemarketing. If you would like your virtual assistant to make unsolicited calls to businesses then please contact us to discuss the matter as legal restrictions may apply.
Access international markets
Even if you are not based in the USA, we can still set up a US phone number for you so that your US clients can obtain customer support by phone. You can therefore grow your US client base by making your service more accessible to US customers. The same applies to the UK, Australia, Canada and other countries as well.
Option to bring your own phone number
If you would prefer to retain full control over your phone number and phone provider, then you can sign up directly with a VOIP provider and easily direct calls to us. Such VOIP services are available at low cost (less than $10 per month). We can use your VOIP account to make and receive calls on your behalf as long as your VOIP provider allows connections via a standard softphone (most do). You would pay the VOIP provider directly for their service.

We provide basic supervision only. That is, we ensure that your assigned staff attend work on time and work diligently while at work.
We do not provide advanced supervision, meaning that we do not oversee the actual tasks undertaken. Rather, you would need to directly interact with your assigned staff to ensure that work is being carried out to your satisfaction. You would also need to be sure to assign sufficient, clearly-defined work and to monitor work progress in order to get as much value as possible out of your paid support period.
With the Full-time Virtual Assistant plan, we assign a virtual assistant to work exclusively for you. The virtual assistant will work Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, with a one-hour meal break (that is, a 9-hour period). You can choose the time that you want your assigned virtual assistant’s daily shift to start but, as per the pricing table above, the price varies depending on whether you select a Normal Hours or Out of Hours shift time:
